My Children

My Aunt who lives in Illinois wrote me an email asking me about my babies. She will be meeting them for the first time in a couple of weeks at my cousins wedding in Nebraska. The following is what happened in my responce to her....when I was done with it, I thought, this would make a great blog post. I think Weston might post it as well. :)

Hannah: She's a Joy! She's all girl! She loves to dress up like Cinderella (or just a princess for that matter), and talk about getting married and being a wife and mommy and have a husband someday. She's just gotten down the art of riding her trike, and she looks so grown up riding it (sniffle sniffle). Her hair is long and beautiful, and she loves it! She loves to wear it down and have it in her face all the time, drives the rest of us nuts, I like to pull it back in to pony tails and pig tails and braids and try to convince her to wear it that way by calling it princess hair (doesn't always work). Her favorite colors are red and pink. She likes jewelry. She loves to wear dresses. She likes to write the letter H, because it's for "Hannah". :) She loves books. Let's see, what else...She loves to have tea parties. One of her favorite movies is a Barbie movie, the story of the Princess and the Pauper. She loves games, and she loves to paint. And she loves to read our Bible story book every night before bed. I think that may have answered all of the above questions that you asked...for Hannah. :)

Corban: He's my little man! He's a monkey...he can eat about 50 banana's in one day and likes to swing on me like he's a monkey on a tree. He likes cars, balls, trains and dinosaurs. He likes to growl, yell, and bang. He loves to pretend to be a dinosaur too. He loves to put his train tracks together and make them long and different every time. He loves to build with his blocks. He loves to hammer and make as much noise as he can for as long as I will let him. He loves play dough, always wanting to make a snowman. He likes animals and making all of their noises. (noticing a trend yet?) He likes books, still trying to instill a love for them in him. He loves to color...on everything. He doesn't sit still longer than a couple of minutes, unless he's watching TV...and he loves to watch Boz and Veggie Tales. :) And he loves to climb, kick, throw and jump. He is all boy!!! He too likes the bible stories before bed time, but he would rather hold the bible story book and run around the room with it. (haha!) That probably answers for him too!

They both love their daddy very much! :)
